If you just had a baby and need to make an appointment, please call us at 708-923-6300 to register. We typically see the newborn babies within the first few days of discharge from the hospital unless you were instructed to bring the baby in sooner.

If you did not see one of our physicians in the hospital (if your baby was born at a hospital we are not affiliated with), we recommend seeing the baby within the first 2-3 days as well.

Please bring any paperwork you were given from the hospital, such as discharge instructions or lab results, to the first visit.

Transferring Patients

If you are considering transferring to our practice from another practice, records from your previous physicians office will need to be transferred first. Our physicians will review your child's/children's medical history prior to seeing you for the first time in order to provide better and more comprehensive care. Once your records have been reviewed, you will be receive a letter stating such and will then be able to schedule your first appointment. If you need an urgent appointment for an illness, we will expedite the process in order to see you as soon as possible.

Expectant Parents

Our office offers pre-natal consultations for expectant parents. We would be happy to meet with you and discuss any questions regarding your future newborn. We offer these appointments at the end of the working day so we can have enough time to spend with you and answer any questions. You may also request a consultation with our lactation counselor.
