We see our patients on a scheduled appointment basis and we request that you make this appointment in advance so that we may reserve the appropriate time slot for you. You will always have the choice of which physician you see and we will attempt to accommodate offices for you. We encourage you to see the same physician for well visits and/or for any chronic medical conditions.
Our receptionists are available after 8am to set-up an appointment for you.
We recommend calling in advance to schedule well exams and often times, especially for infants, this may be done prior to leaving the office from a current exam. Oftentimes, our slots for well exams fill quickly, therefore, try to anticipate in advance your need for school, camp, or athletic and other examinations.
We have availablilities at the start of each working day to see sick children and encourage you to call early in the day if your child needs an appointment. Sick visits usually focus on a single problem and tend to be shorter visits. We try to make it our policy to see sick visits on a same-day basis.
Please note that our Saturday appointments are generally reserved for children that are found to be ill that day. We have a limited number of physical examination times on Saturdays. If you would like to schedule a physical exam on a Saturday, please call ahead of time because those available times fill up quickly. Sunday visits are solely reserved for very sick children.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
As a courtesy to others and to our practice, please try to cancel or reschedule your appointments as soon as you learn it is necessary. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if you fail to call about a missed appointment.
Our staff will be calling you 1-2 days prior to your appointment to remind you of the visit.
