Hey kids! Grab your crayons, markers, and colored pencils. It’s time to show off your creativity in our fall coloring competition!

The Big Prize

The winner of each age category will receive a $100 gift card to Bengtson’s Pumpkin Farm!

Age Categories

  • Ages 5 & Under
  • Ages 6 & Up

How to Enter

  1. Download & Print: Get your official coloring sheet below.
  2. Get Creative: Color your masterpiece!
  3. Label Your Art: Make sure to write the patient’s name, age and phone number clearly on the back of the picture.
  4. Turn It In: Drop off your finished artwork at any of our office locations by the deadline, October 5th.

Where to Drop Off
